Abhishek and John’s great chemistry in Dostana earned them a lot of fans. Both actors are very fond of each other. They were looking forward to work again in the second edition of the film and consequently didn’t sign any other movies. But since Dostana 2 isn’t probably happening, they have decided to stop waiting for it. The duo without waiting long signed ‘Kaante 2’.
The ‘Kaante’ sequel has been in the news since quite some time now and the new cast of the film has been decided as Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham, Bobby Deol and Arjun Rampal. Pritsh Nandy Communication’s original ‘Kaante’ was quite successful and when the film maker decided to make a sequel, Sanjay Dutt who acted in the original decided to co-produce it.
However, the director of the original Sanjay Gupta has been replaced by Hollywood director Chuck Russel who is known for films like ‘The Mask’ and ‘The Scorpion King’. The original film had Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Mahesh Majrekar, Lucky Ali and Kumar Gaurav in the lead.
All the four actors mentioned in the titled are yet in talk but nothing has been finalized yet.
